Ebook Gift Ideas for the Romantic

There are 8 More Days Until Christmas

Romance Novels

What could be better in this time of year than curling up with a romance novel? Make that someone special’s holiday even more romantic by gifting a romance novel. Add to it with a lap blanket, hot cocoa or tea, and cookies. Wouldn’t that just make your day?

Well, then, let’s look at some romantic reads.

Eve Gaal ‘Penniless Hearts’

This book is perfect for this time of year because it’s a story that begins at Christmastime and takes place in the luscious tropical paradise of Hawaii. Reading this book will make you forget that the cold season is here.

Blurb:

It’s almost Christmas and Penny is not at her desk. The graphic artist abandons her responsibilities and dashes off to Hawaii with a good-looking pilot. Her aging dad, her boyfriend and the people at work are wondering what happened, but before they can say Aloha, trouble is brewing faster than Kona coffee. Meanwhile, Penny is mistaken for a goddess–not just any goddess, but Pele–the fearless goddess of fire. Will she see the resemblance in time to get out of a dangerous situation so she can return safely to everyone’s heart?

Eve is a clever and talented author and poet and is certainly someone to follow.

Mark R. Hunter

Mark is a gifted humorist, romance writer, and all around fun guy. He’s also a fireman who writes romance novels. I’ve read two of his books and thouroughly enjoyed them. Within each book, Mark writes in some of the funniest scenes making his books even more enjoyable.

His latest book is ‘The Notorious Ian Grant’

amazon the notorious ian grant  available at amazon for only $3.99

Blurb:
When infamous party boy and b-list celebrity Ian Grant learns his sister is marrying a cop, he abandons Hollywood and drives to Indiana. His plan: to make up for all those times he embarrassed his family by taking charge of the wedding planning. So, Ian’s never planned a wedding … how hard could it be?

The tornado ravaged town of Hurricane is like another world—a world he’d like to be part of, if only people would stop judging him by his previous antics. He might even have a chance at romance with his future brother-in-law’s coworker, detective Fran Vargas. But for Fran everything’s gone wrong since the moment Ian arrived, including their confrontation with a bullying politician, and an influx of nosy reporters and angry ex-girlfriends. Not to mention Ian’s wedding planning keeps getting interrupted by someone trying to kill him.

No one ever said redemption is easy.

and finally, I would have to add my novel to this list.

DM Yates ‘Always’

I write stories and poetry in a variety of genres: fantasy/new age/spiritual/romance and even childrens books.

‘Always’ wasn’t the first book I’d written. I was actually writing two other stories when this tale came to me and I dropped all other projects to write this one. ‘Always’ was a long time coming before it was published and it’s more than just a romance – it’s a roller coaster ride of emotions.

amazon always  available through Jan 2015 for only 99cents, as are all my works.

Blurb:

Two eternal lovers, Einarr and Katura come to Earth again to experience mortality as Simon and April. Simon is 36 years old and travels the world in search of antiques. April is his best friend’s 16-yr old niece who believes Simon and she are meant to be together. Simon thinks she’s an immature teenager and does his best to avoid her. The story follows their lives and experiences, ending when April is 80 yrs old.

I have two other blogs. This one at blogspot: DM Yates Believe in Yourself

and my wordpress: DM Yates Journalings

Normally, these two blogs deal with other subjects and my weebly blog is for my reviews and my works, but this holiday season I wanted to get the word out on as many fun books for gifting to as many people as I could, so I used all three blogs.

Almost everyone loves a good romance, so give these books a try for those loved ones on your list.

LHR, my sweet friends. I’m hoping that all the books in all the genres that I’ve showcased has made your shopping easier this holiday season.
